Darkness Cannot Survive in the Presence of Light: We’re celebrating Diwali with a five-course feast
The Cinnamon Club is celebrating India’s most vivid festival, Diwali, from 2nd-14th November.
Honouring life, love and light, break bread with friends and family in the stunning surroundings as you share the new menu, available from 2 – 14 November for £48 per person. Beginning with an appetiser of traditional Diwali snacks (pithod, lentil kachori, lamb escalope or wild mushroom pickle on wheat crisp), choose between starters of pan-seared sea bass with pumpkin chutney or green pea and Jerusalem artichoke tikka. An amuse bouche of cranberry and ginger granita will then be served, followed by char-grilled Scottish pheasant breast with rustic tawa mince or jackfruit curry. Dessert offers warmth and spice, sweetness and texture with saffron pistachio kulfi in a rice vermicelli nest.
