This annual celebration requires grouse sought out in quite remote areas where weather can be particularly unpredictable. Leave the storm coat and tweed at home because you won’t be wading through moorlands of heather to sample our beautifully crafted Tandoor smoked breast of grouse, served with bitter fenugreek and con stir-fry and tamarind-cumin jus.
