Introducing October’s exclusive game dinner with Burgundy wines, Executive Chef Vivek Singh will be inviting guests to explore unique food and wine pairings, showcasing a range of vintage bottles from some of the finest and most respected vineyards in Burgundy.
The evening will focus on pairing delicious game favourites with Burgundy wines, discovering cellar favourites that complement each of the specially chosen four courses, prepared by Executive Chef Vivek Singh alongside Head Chef Rakesh Ravindran Nair.
We will be rounding off the this year’s Wine & Spice series with highly regarded in-house wine expert, Laurent Chaniac . Laurent will be on hand to guide diners through the nose of four bottles and explaining how the history, location and techniques of each vineyard affect the finished flavours.
A fantastic selection of red and white Burgundies will be tasted, including 12 year-old Bourgogne Domaine de la Galopiere and a 30 year-old Santenay premier cru.
