January 2023:
Our Winter Warming Curries Masterclass teaches participants how to use traditional and modern Indian cooking methods to make a range of curries from all over the Indian subcontinent. Particularly apt for this time of the year, it explores the diversity of curries from all over India and let us take you through the different regions with dishes such as old Delhi style chicken curry and jungle curry of guinea fowl with fresh fenugreek, Kerala spicy fish curries and rustic Rajasthani ones too.

February 2023:
Our Food of Love masterclass explores cooking for your loved ones (just in time for Valentine’s Day!). Here the chefs present a variety of dishes that they would love to cook for their friends and family and also share tips and secrets to elevate simple dishes to a different level to impress the people you love.

March 2023
Our Food of Festivals – Holi masterclass teaches participants how to use traditional and modern Indian cooking methods to make a range of festive, celebratory and colourful dishes, often served during the festival of Holi. This class has a particular focus on Indian street food, as well as vegetarian dishes.
