For 25 years, The Cinnamon Club has championed the idea that wine and Indian spice not only belong together, but can elevate one another when paired with care. This March, we’re delighted to continue that tradition with a very special Wine & Spice dinner, hosted as part of our ongoing celebration of wine at The Cinnamon Club.
On Thursday 12 February, we welcome PATEL Wines to the Old Westminster Library for a one-night-only collaboration that brings together two masters of their craft: Chef Vivek Singh, pioneer of modern Indian fine dining in London, and Raj Patel, the first Indian winemaker to produce and own a winery in Napa Valley. It promises to be an evening dedicated to exploring the intricate relationship between spice and vino; a philosophy that has defined our kitchens since day one.
Throughout the night, guests will enjoy the opportunity to taste wines at a fraction of their market value, while hearing directly from Raj Patel as he guides you through the depth, structure and elegance of his wines. Each pour will be thoughtfully paired with a specially designed five-course feast, created to showcase how Indian flavours and fine wine can complement one another beautifully.
The evening will feature five exceptional wines, including rare and limited releases, details and prices (in USD) below:
