When we first opened our doors in 2001, I couldn’t have imagined the incredible journey that lay ahead. 25 years later, I’m proud to say that while the world has changed in countless ways,  our values have remained firmly rooted. From day one, we’ve been committed to challenging perceptions of Indian cuisine and putting people at the heart of everything we do.

This year, we’re marking a quarter of a century with a celebratory calendar full of special events, collaborations, and one-of-a-kind experiences — all crafted with the same passion and purpose that’s brought us this far. We can’t wait to share it with you.
