The Cinnamon Collection Launches a 10-Week Chef-Led Regional Series

As part of our 25th year celebrations, The Cinnamon Collection turns the spotlight inward to celebrate something that has defined us since 2001: nurturing talent.

Over the past quarter of a century, our kitchens have become a training ground for chefs who have gone on to shape London’s dining scene. This year, we continue that tradition with a ten-week regional menu series across the Collection, each created and led entirely by one of our own chefs. These menus are personal, rooted in memory, and represent regional pride, touched with Cinnamon flair.

Each restaurant will host a dedicated celebration of regional Indian cuisine:

Cinnamon Bazaar Richmond presents A Celebration of Himalayan Cuisine by Chef Sandeep Uniyal (£35, six-dish sharing feast). Drawing on his upbringing in Uttarakhand, Chef Sandeep honours the simplicity and honesty of mountain cooking, highlighting seasonal produce and delicate spice balance. EXPLORE →

At Cinnamon Bazaar Covent Garden, Chef Anil Singh leads A Celebration of Uttarakhand Cuisine (£35, six-dish sharing feast). Inspired by family traditions and generational cooking, his menu transports guests from London to the Himalayan foothills with dishes grounded in provenance and seasonality. EXPLORE →

Cinnamon Kitchen City showcases A Celebration of Bengali Cuisine by Chef Shaikh Latifuddin (£40, four courses). Rooted in the cultural richness of Bengal, the menu explores mustard, poppy seed, gondhoraj lime and slow-cooked bhuna gravies, presented in a refined sharing format. EXPLORE →

At Cinnamon Kitchen Battersea, Chef Mukesh Singh Baroli presents A Celebration of North Indian Pahadi Cuisine (£35, six-dish sharing feast). His menu focuses on time-honoured mountain cooking. It is simple, seasonal and deeply connected to land and memory. EXPLORE →

Finally, at The Cinnamon Club, Chef Hitesh Shettigar leads A Celebration of Western Ghats Cuisine (£48, five courses). Inspired by the forests, coastlines and spice routes of the Western Ghats, this menu balances heritage flavours with contemporary finesse. EXPLORE →

Together, these menus represent more than regional exploration. They are a celebration of mentorship, growth and the next chapter of Cinnamon’s story. They are live from the 23rd of March to the 31st of May giving you the chance to try as many menus as you are curious about. Book Now!
