We are delighted to present our signature game dish of Tandoori Grouse breast on chickpea bread, hot-sweet pumpkin, game mince and black lentils.
As per our head sommelier, Giovanni Deluca, it is perfectly paired with a glass of intensely flavoured and savoury Pinot Noir.
Available from Monday 16th August, this year’s limited edition grouse dish is priced at £32 and will be available until the season lasts.
