    Celebrate 20 years of The Cinnamon Club Vivek Singh & Laurent Chaniac

    Join us for a very special evening celebrating 20 years of The Cinnamon Club!

    It’s been 20 years since we opened our doors in Westminster and, to mark the occasion, we will be kicking off celebrations with a very special series – A Life in Spice on Tuesday 25th May. Join Chef Vivek Singh, along with Head Chef Rakesh Nair, Hari Nagaraj and wine expert Laurent Chaniac who will take you on a culinary journey with a tasting menu of our favourite dishes and the stories behind them from the past two decades.  Guests can expect carpaccio of home-cured Shetland salmon with mustard caviar and curry leaf snow, clove smoked Anjou pigeon with pumpkin and peanuts, and special Raan – slow-braised lamb shoulder with nutmeg and pepper sauce, all complemented by exquisite wines carefully chosen by Laurent.

    Wine tasting dinner to celebrate 20th Anniversary of The Cinnamon Club:

    1. Welcome drinks and canapes on arrival

    2. Eight course tasting menu dinner at the iconic Cinnamon Club, with each course designed to pair with selected wine

    3. Meet and greet from Vivek Singh and Laurent Chaniac.

    4. Each course is introduced by Laurent and Vivek Singh

    An excellent opportunity to try some good wines in a good company.
